Job Details: | DESCRIPTION: Per Visit Pediatric Nurseto perform a comprehensive nursing assessment upon admission of the patient including physiological, psychological and environmental factors as well as health history. Integrates all pertinent data gathered on assessment and identifies problems that form the basis of a plan of care. QUALIFICATIONS: Current RN license in MA. BSN preferred. 1 year Community Health Nursing experience or 6 months with BSN, Pediatric experience is required. IV experience preferred. CPR certification. Computer/typing skills preferred. |
